This is an embroidered logo design for
our US based client. It is basically a baseball team lion logo that would be embroidered on outfits of players of Miami baseball
team. As we know that Miami is situated on the west verge of the Atlantic Ocean
in Florida custom

We have converted this bitmap into stitch by stitch embroidery which has been sent us by our
valued client. The artwork was in the form of JPEG image. We can also digitize with

Lion is a
symbol of courage, bravery and ferocious nature that would attack his opponents
and with the utmost agility and tremendous force tear apart his enemies without
giving them an opportunity to scape or being fugitive.
In this particular embroidery stitch by stitch design we digitized two lion heads
backing each other and roaring in rage on their opponents. Between two lions
there is placed an “L” in Latin script style that is outlined with smooth satin
stitches. The “L” denotes our logo symbol that is of course no other than the
Lion.
The initial letter “L” of the Lion is punched
with satin stitches well balanced filled with underlay stitches and edge run.
The letter “L” is outlined again with the satin stitches digitized by one of
our standard method “Input A”.
There are certainly some zigzag
stitches under the sharp turnings of this letter “L” which would control the
gaps and keep the letter perfectly aligned.
Under the letter “L” there is a base
of smooth Tatami stitches which would impart an embossed the look of the letter
which is the initial of our Logo, the Lion.
We have digitized the Lion heads with
a combination of Tatami, Satin and outline Run. The angles of stitches we
crafted in a way that articulated all facial features of the Lion.
The hair, tong, eye, nose and tooth of the
Lion are perfectly punched and outlined so that it would not bow or skew while
running on our fully automatic multicolor superfast multi heads state of art
embroidery machines.
Every miniature art details are considered
highly important and punched according to its size and justified with appropriate
density of stitches and underlay running of zigzag and tatami. Pull
compensation is defined in order to achieve flawless joints of stitches those
are mingling each other at the time of running on the machine by cosmos
digitizer.

Off course we can digitized this
particular embroidery design in 3D which could be used on cap embroidery but
this would be done if someone asks us to do so.
We would use rubber underneath to make

The moustaches of the Lion’s digitized
so thinly and vividly that one can see its fineness that we maintained by our

The mid circle which is the base point of our focused log embroidery is embedded with filling of stitches those are punched with acute angles and the ideal and standard spacing, density and the length of the tatami stitches made it a fair ground for the letter “L” to be embroidered on any fabric for players to put on while playing Baseball.
The circle between two lions is outlined by satin stitches for
which we used the Input C method at the time of digitizing this perfect logo
embroidery. Again the circle is outlined by Run to enunciate the aura.
On the upper side of this logo or patch
embroidery there is written the name of the city which is hosting the baseball
team “MIAMI”.
In the writing of “MIAMI” we used
again the Input A method so that all letters would flawlessly aligned and
popped up and prominently set in the center of our patch’s forehead.
We digitized these letters using
underlay jagged run stitches and best angles of stitches are punched that every
single stitch is placed in equilibrium. We even placed some slant stitches
under the letters in order to keep upright the look of our wording.
One can say we crossed our every “T”
and dotted our every “I” while digitizing this patch, logo or monogram of our
Miami’s baseball team.
The size of this embroidery is from 70
mm to 80 mm. one can get it embroidered on the T shirt front, trousers, Cap
etc. and it has only 18000 number of stitches amazingly ibroidery very
smartly digitized. It would be highly appreciated if someone would ask us to
adjust the size to fit on his actual size of outfits.
